    Author: TBI-Forums

Hi, I’m Alessio Scrocco and welcome! I came up with the idea for TBI Forums back in 2019 but I never really had the confidence to do anything about it. After 3 years of gaining confidence, working out and listening to over 50 audiobooks on about self-development, I started TBI Forums. My reason is because I want to help other survivors thrive, do better and get better faster, as I did. I remember when I was depressed and in my bed, I would look up ways online that I could help myself recover. I did this for about 5 years. I would even ask strangers. They would occasionally but there were things I couldn’t ask them because they would never understand. Who is better to ask, than another TBI survivor! Let’s connect. Make an account today. Help this community grow.
