    Either online training or in person training is crucial to healing. The brain gets better when it’s building- especially when building muscle. I remember every time I worked out I would feel amazing. I started out not being able do a bicep curl to lift 10 lbs, 5 times to 40 lbs 10 times for 3 sets.
