I found that pacing myself and taking regular breaks throughout the day helped me manage fatigue. It’s important to listen to your body and not push yourself too hard.

Incorporating a daily nap into my routine really helped me. I also tried to maintain a consistent sleep schedule and avoid caffeine and screen time before bed.

Noise canceling headsets saved my severe overstimulation, paired with a blanket over my head when I have sensitivity with light. I’d strongly suggest investing in high end noise canceling headsets (mine are Bose). This is the primary thing that continues to help me keep my sanity for both myself and others around me.

I wear ultra soft ear plugs. I sleep like a baby. I also take melatonin. Start with 1mg tho. Only take what you need. Don’t take more than 5mg.
